As COO, improved operational efficiency to 90%, enhanced employee experience, drove automation, and launched predictive governance frameworks.

2021 – 2024 — Leadership Advisory & Framework Development

Created the PROPEL automation roadmap and the STAFF-X talent strategy model, now widely adopted across organizations.

Padma Chakravadhanula is a Senior Delivery Architect, COO, and Governance Specialist with more than three decades of leadership experience across Aerospace, Information Technology, and the Public Sector. An alumna of NIT Warangal and IIT Kharagpur, she began her career at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) before taking on major global delivery, operations, and transformation responsibilities at Sonata Software and Altumind.

Over the years, Padma has led large teams, modernized delivery frameworks, built scalable governance models, and strengthened organizational culture across diverse industries. As a Certified Independent Director (IICA) with expertise in process excellence, operational governance, automation frameworks, and talent development, she helps organizations grow with discipline and long-term clarity.

Her book, Leadership in Action, brings together years of lived leadership experiences to guide individuals and organizations toward building ecosystems where people thrive, innovate, and create meaningful impact.
